Scope of Works
EVAC was assigned to investigate a blockage causing the grease trap to overflow and the client is unable to use the kitchen.
How we delivered
- Evac was able to co-ordinate a truck to pump out the grease trap and a plumber to clear the blockage using a jetter and CCTV to be sure the lines were clear
Outcome
- Blockage has been cleared
- Lines were tested and left in working condition
- Kitchen is back in operation
